Conditions for Return and Refund:
- We accept returns for unworn, unwashed, and undamaged products with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase.
- Items purchased on sale or marked as “final sale” are not eligible for return or refund.
- We do not offer refunds for shipping costs on returned items.
To initiate a return:
- Please contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order.
- In your email, please specify the following:
- Order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return (optional)
- Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your item(s).
- Once we receive your returned item(s) in their original condition, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- We cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, or damaged.
- We cannot accept returns for items without original tags attached.
